Wie kündige ich mein Abo?

Abos laufen über Apple. Öffne auf deinem iPhone Einstellungen › [dein Name] › Abonnements › Culla und tippe auf „Abo kündigen“. Pro bleibt bis zum Ende des bezahlten Zeitraums aktiv.

Ich habe Pro gekauft, aber es ist nicht freigeschaltet.

Öffne in Culla die Einstellungen und tippe auf „Käufe wiederherstellen“. Achte darauf, dass du mit demselben Apple-Account angemeldet bist, mit dem du gekauft hast.

Kann ich gelöschte Fotos zurückholen?

Ja. Culla nutzt die Löschfunktion von iOS. Gelöschte Fotos liegen 30 Tage in der Fotos-App unter Alben › Zuletzt gelöscht und lassen sich dort wiederherstellen.

Ich habe Speicher freigeräumt, aber der Platz ist nicht da.

Solange Fotos in „Zuletzt gelöscht“ liegen, belegen sie weiter Speicher. Leere das Album in der Fotos-App, dann ist der Platz frei. Bei iCloud-Fotos kann es einen Moment dauern, bis iCloud den Speicher aktualisiert.

Werden meine Fotos hochgeladen?

Nein. Alle Funktionen laufen direkt auf deinem iPhone. Culla hat keinen Server. Mehr dazu in der Datenschutzerklärung.

Culla sieht nur ein paar meiner Fotos.

Wahrscheinlich hast du nur eingeschränkten Zugriff erlaubt. Ändere das unter Einstellungen › Apps › Culla › Fotos auf „Voller Zugriff“.

Was bringt Culla Pro?

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Culla and tap "Cancel Subscription". Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.

I bought Pro but it isn't unlocked.

Open Culla's settings and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.

Can I get deleted photos back?

Yes. Culla uses the iOS deletion feature. Deleted photos stay in the Photos app under Albums › Recently Deleted for 30 days and can be restored there.

I cleaned up, but the space isn't free.

Photos in "Recently Deleted" still take up space. Empty that album in the Photos app to free it. With iCloud Photos it can take a moment for iCloud to update.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. Everything runs on your iPhone. Culla has no server. More in the privacy policy.

Culla only sees some of my photos.

You probably granted limited access. Change it under Settings › Apps › Culla › Photos to "Full Access".

What does Culla Pro include?
